Property Access

  • This unit is located in Building 3 on the 2nd floor.
  • All buildings at the resort feature elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible.

Policies and Rules

  • GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER.
  • Absolutely no house parties. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
  • We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED – (IT IS A RESORT POLICY).
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical and/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.
  • CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.
  • USE: It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
  • Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
  • Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

Fees and Payments

  • A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that might occur after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Reservations cannot be cancelled online.
  • Reservations do not include: Expenses and items not mentioned, including but not limited to transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Parking Information

  • Free parking for one car per unit.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided in the rooms. Local phone service is available.
  • Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay; these cannot be changed out during your stay.
  • A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is supplied; you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry.
  • The outdoor pool has a mushroom water feature and is heated typically in April and May, depending on outside temperature. The indoor pool is heated year-round.
  • Several gathering and picnic areas, as well as outdoor grills, are available. (Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.)
  • Outdoor activities include tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court, shuffleboard, and a quarter-mile walking trail on the five-acre green space.
  • For specialized kitchen items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, these are not provided; please bring your own if needed.

Accessibility

  • The property has elevators, step-free access, wide doorways, and other accessibility features including smooth pathways and wide clearance to beds, showers, and toilets.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
  • Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is their own responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property during use and occupancy and agrees to hold landlord harmless.
